 Richard L. Rubino specializes in Estate Planning strategies, with particular emphasis on Asset Protection. Along with his partner Sam Liang, Richard Rubino co-hosts “Protecting Your Wealth, ” the Boston area's syndicated financial talk show for seniors heard throughout Eastern Massachusetts every Saturday morning 9 AM to 10 AM on WROL (950 AM), Saturday evening 5 PM to 6 PM on WEZE (590 AM), Sunday morning 9 AM to 10 AM on WJDA (1300 AM), WBOQ (7:30am to 8am on Sunday) and WESX (9am – 10am on Sundays).
"Our clients are concerned with preserving their hard-earned assets,” notes Rubino. “Keeping pace with inflation, and having sufficient income in retirement are of utmost importance. Whether a person’s estate is $100,000 or $4 million, there are solutions and options.”
Rich is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Boston Estate Planning Council. He is a five-time recipient of the Top of the Table award, given by the Million Dollar Roundtable in recognition for great achievement within the financial services industry. Rich has also been named by the “Who’s Who” registry as a member of the elite, “Who’s who in Business Worldwide.”
Rich Rubino was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and settled in Brookline, Massachusetts after attending law school and volunteering for a year with VISTA. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Suffolk University in 1969, and is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and Florida Bar Associations. While Rich does have his law degree, he does not personally engage in the practice of law. He advises his clients on legal recommendations and has a lawyer that he works exclusively with. He and his wife, Winnie, have two children, Jamie and Ryan.
